چکیده

The effect of entropy optimization on an axisymmetric Darcy–Forchheimer Powell–Eyring nanofluid flow caused by a horizontally permeable stretching cylinder, as well non-linear thermal radiation, was investigated in this research work. leading equations the current problem were changed into ODEs exhausting appropriate transformations. To deduce reduced system, numerical method bvp4c used. outcome non-dimensional relevant factors velocity, entropy, concentration, temperature, Bejan number, drag force, and Nusselt number is discussed demonstrated using graphs tables. It perceived that, with higher value volume fraction parameter, skin friction falls down. Likewise, it found that drops enhancing fraction. Moreover, result reveals generation increases fraction, curvature Brinkman increase.

Heat and mass transfer of nanofluid over a linear stretching surface with Viscous dissipation effect

Boundary Layer Flow past a stretching surface with constant wall temperature, of a nanofluid is studied for heat transfer characteristics. The system of partial differential equations describing such a flow is subjected to similarity transformations gives rise to a boundary value problem involving a system of ordinary differential equations. This system is solved by a shooting method. Effect of...

Forced Convection Boundary Layer Magnetohydrodynamic Flow of Nanofluid over a Permeable Stretching Plate with Viscous Dissipation

Forced convection boundary layer magnetohydrodynamic flow of a nanofluid over a permeable stretching plate is studied in this paper. The effects of suction-injection and viscous dissipation are taken into account. The nanofluid model includes Brownian motion and thermophoresis effects. The governing momentum, energy, and nanofluid solid volume fraction equations are solved numerically using an ...

Entropy Generation on MHD Viscoelastic Nanofluid over a Stretching Surface

This paper deals with the double-diffusive boundary layer flow of non-Newtonian nano-fluid over a stretching sheet. In this model, where binary nano-fluid is used, the Brownian motion and thermophoresis are classified as the main mechanisms which are responsible for the enhancement ofthe convection features of the nanofluid. By means of the successive approximation method the governing equation...

Radiation effect on viscous flow of a nanofluid and heat transfer over a nonlinearly stretching sheet

In this work, we study the flow and heat transfer characteristics of a viscous nanofluid over a nonlinearly stretching sheet in the presence of thermal radiation, included in the energy equation, and variable wall temperature. A similarity transformation was used to transform the governing partial differential equations to a system of nonlinear ordinary differential equations. An efficient nume...
